From the applicant

Process and timeline of obtaining a Single Entry Pre-Investment business Visa

The application process takes around 5 working days after receiving all the document requirements. Once the visa is issued, the applicant has 90 days to enter the country. Note that this is a single-entry
pre-investment business visa.
