The multiple-entry pre-investment D12 allows you to stay in Indonesia for 180 days per year. It allows foreigners to stay in Indonesia to conduct pre-investment studies to establish a company. The visa can be valid for 1 or 2 years.

Requirements to get a multiple Entry Pre-Investment business Visa
From the applicant
- Your passport has to have a minimum of 6 months of validity
- Your latest colour photo
- A bank statement showing a minimum balance of at least USD 2000
Process and timeline of obtaining a multiple Entry Pre-Investment business Visa
The application process takes around 5 working days after receiving all the document requirements. Once the visa is issued, the applicant has 90 days to enter the country. Note that this is a multiple-entry pre-investment business visa.
