A spouse KITAS is a stay permit granted to foreigners married to a KITAS holder. The visa is multiple-entry and has a validity of up to two years.

Requirements to get a Multiple entry pre-investment visa
From the applicant
- Passport with validity of at least six months
- Recent colour photograph
- Marriage certificate in English
- KITAS of the spouse
Process and timeline of obtaining a Spouse KITAS
After receiving all the required documents, the application process takes around 5 days to 3 weeks. The application starts after the sponsor (spouse) has received their visa.
Other things to know about your Visa
- KITAS holders who are planning to leave Indonesia, change their sponsor or change their visa need to apply for an EPO (exit permit only) while being in Indonesia or ERP (exit and re-entry permit) if the person is outside of Indonesia.
