Social & Volunteer Visa (C6)

For social, humanitarian and volunteer visits. The C6 covers time spent with family, a community project or a local foundation, as long as you are not being paid for work.

Overview

About the C6 Social Visa

The C6 brings together what used to be several separate social visas into one index. It is meant for people coming to Indonesia for social, family, humanitarian or volunteer reasons rather than tourism or business.

It suits a longer, purposeful stay: joining a partner or relatives, helping at a community project, or volunteering with a registered foundation. You will need an Indonesian sponsor, and the visa does not allow paid employment.
